Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Network Manager / Architect to oversee technical staff and manage enterprise-level multi-tenant cloud infrastructure. The role involves implementing security practices, designing and documenting LAN and WAN products, and mentoring technical supervisors and support engineers.
Responsibilities:
• Proven experience as a technical manager, leading technical staff through business-critical operations.
• Proven experience implementing security practice meeting CJIS requirements.
• Proven experience leading enterprise level multi-tenant cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience mentoring technical supervisor and support engineers.
• Proven experience in LAN and WAN platforms
• Proven experience in designing, documenting, planning, and implementing LAN and WAN products
• Thorough understanding of modern service provider TCP/IP data networks using standards and technologies including but not limited to: MPLS, IS-IS, OSPF, BGP4, STP, RSTP, 802.1q, 802.1ah, ADSL2+
• Superior knowledge, skills and experience with Cisco routing hardware, software, protocols etc.
• 5+ years experience of creating comprehensive implementation, test and back out plans of new LAN and WAN products
• 5+ years experience in network performance analysis, capacity planning, and disaster recovery planning
• 5+ years experience of writing technical and procedural documentation
• Proven ability to effectively diagnose, isolate, and resolve complex problems pertaining to network infrastructure
• In-depth knowledge of network communications including LAN, WAN, firewall and related technologies
• In-depth knowledge of VPN technologies
• Proven knowledge and experience in network encryption technologies, including IPSEC
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of data privacy and protection initiatives
• Knowledge of Cisco routing and switching technologies
• Must possess Cisco Gold Partner Certification
