Job description

Licensed Real Estate Executive

Are you an active Ohio licensed real estate agent who loves the strategy, operations, and marketing side of real estate more than cold-calling for leads? Join our top-producing team at BHHS Stouffer Realty in Akron.

We are seeking a Licensed Real Estate Executive to serve as the engine of our business. You will manage transaction details, elevate our brand through creative digital marketing, and provide seamless operational support. This is a salaried/hourly role with full time/flex hours with consistent pay, structure, and transaction incentives—giving you stability in real estate while staying active in the industry.

Position Overview

  • Job Title: Licensed Operations & Marketing Coordinator
  • Location: Regional Office, 6000 Freedom Square Drive, Ste., 135, Independence OH 44131
  • Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience)
  • Incentives: Per-transaction closing bonuses + commission splits on client leads generated via your social media marketing
  • Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO), professional development support
  • Licensing: Active Ohio Real Estate License Required

Why an Active License is Required

Because this role directly interfaces with client negotiations and contract management, you must hold an active Ohio Real Estate License. You will legally handle duties that unlicensed assistants cannot, including:

  • Writing, reviewing, and tracking purchase agreements, addendums, and disclosures.
  • Managing transaction deadlines, contingencies, and escrow coordination.
  • Hosting Open Houses, showing properties, and conducting walkthroughs when the lead agent is unavailable.
  • Communicating contract details directly with clients, co-op agents, lenders, and title companies.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Transaction Management

  • Oversee MLS listings from "coming soon" to "closed," ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage transaction workflow using MLS, CRM platforms, and e-signature software.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between agents, clients, lenders, title agents, and inspectors to ensure smooth closings.
  • Maintain pipeline reporting, agent schedules, and client databases.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

  • Act as our primary brand builder across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Create visual assets (using Canva Pro, Adobe, etc.) for "Just Listed," "Under Contract," and "Just Sold" campaigns.
  • Script, film, and edit short-form video content (Reels/TikToks) featuring local Akron neighborhood spotlights, market trends, and property walkthroughs.
  • Manage email marketing newsletters and track digital campaign metrics to maximize lead retention.

Qualifications

  • Licensing: Active Ohio Real Estate License in good standing.
  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in real estate transactions, real estate administration, or active sales.
  • Technical Proficiency: Fluent in local MLS systems, Canva Pro, social media management tools (Meta Business Suite/Buffer), and CRM software.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Organization: Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage strict contractual deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Company Description

**Real Estate Assistant (Licensed or Comparable Real Estate Experience)**

Are you a detail-oriented multitasker with a passion for property and a knack for digital marketing? We are looking for a high-energy Real Estate Assistant to be the backbone of our growing team. Whether you’re a seasoned pro with a license or a sharp, motivated individual looking to break into the industry, we want to hear from you.

As our assistant, you won’t just be filing paperwork; you’ll be the engine behind our listings, the voice of our customer service, and the creative force behind our social media presence.

The Details:
Pay: $22 – $25 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Benefits: Paid Time Off (PTO)

Licensing: Licensed preferred, but we will support the right experienced candidate.

What You’ll Do:
Your day-to-day will be dynamic, blending administrative precision with creative marketing:

Operations & Data Management: Handle data collection from agents for verification, manage MLS entries, and generate critical reporting to keep our pipeline moving.

Digital Presence: Act as our "Social Media Maven." You’ll manage our profiles, assist with digital advertising, and implement new marketing software to keep us ahead of the curve.

Lead Growth: Assist with lead generation strategies and consistent follow-up to ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between agents and third-party vendors, ensuring seamless transactions and stellar customer service.

Field Support: For licensed candidates, you’ll have the opportunity to step up as backup for Open Houses and on-site agent support.

Who You Are
Software Savvy: You don’t just use the internet; you master it. You can learn and deploy new software platforms faster than most people can find the "Help" button.

A Communication Pro: You possess "stellar" verbal and written skills. You know how to make clients feel heard and agents feel supported.

The Ultimate in Prioritizing: You can juggle a high-volume task list without dropping the ball. You thrive in fast-paced environments where priorities can shift quickly.

Detail-Obsessed: You understand that in real estate, a single missed digit or a late follow-up can change everything.

Requirements
Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Experience (or strong interest) in the Real Estate industry.

Strong analytical skills for data entry and reporting.

High school diploma required; college degree or Real Estate license is a major plus.
