Solar Pros AZ is seeking experienced and motivated Solar Sales Closers to join our expanding team.
This position is designed for strong communicators who are confident running homeowner consultations, presenting solar solutions, and closing deals.
With faster install timelines, strong operational support, and competitive financing and lease programs, our closers are positioned to succeed and get paid quickly.
We are looking for individuals who are hungry, professional, self-driven, and ready to take advantage of a high-income opportunity in Arizona solar.
Responsibilities
  • Run company-provided and self-generated appointments
  • Educate homeowners on solar savings and energy programs
  • Present customized solar proposals
  • Close solar agreements professionally and ethically
  • Maintain strong communication throughout the customer process
  • Work closely with operations and leadership teams
