As a Solar Panel Installer, you will play an important part in delivering a smooth installation experience and supporting the work of a collaborative field team committed to safe, efficient execution.

Responsibilities
  • Install solar panel systems on residential rooftops safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect job sites and prepare roofs, mounts, and electrical pathways.
  • Assemble and secure racking, panels, and related installation hardware.
  • Work with crew members to complete installations on schedule.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain tools, equipment, and clean worksites.

Requirements

  • Experience working safely on rooftops and at heights.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools for solar installation.
  • Knowledge of basic electrical pathways and mounting systems.
  • Ability to follow installation plans.
  • Able to lift panels or equipment, work at heights, and work outdoors in varying weather.
