About This Role
SpartanX is seeking motivated and dependable Solar Installers to support residential solar installation operations across active markets.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working outdoors, and being part of a fast-paced team environment. Solar Installers play a critical role in ensuring systems are installed safely, efficiently, and according to SpartanX operational standards.
The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically inclined, dependable, and comfortable working on rooftops and ladders in varying outdoor conditions.
What You'll Do
  • Install residential solar PV systems according to company and manufacturer standards
  • Assemble and install racking systems, solar panels, and related equipment
  • Perform roof work safely and efficiently while maintaining clean workmanship
  • Assist with electrical and mechanical portions of solar installations
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment safely
  • Follow project layouts, installation plans, and operational procedures
  • Maintain organized job sites and ensure materials are handled properly
  • Communicate professionally with crew leaders, homeowners, and operations teams
  • Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed
