Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Solar Installer to join our team. In this role, you will support worksite operations through manual labor tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems, safety protocols, and the ability to work at heights. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with the ability to meet the physical demands of the job.
Responsibilities
  • - Install solar panels on rooftops and other structures in accordance with project specifications and safety standards.

    - Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for installation tasks.
    - Conduct electrical work including wiring, connecting systems, and ensuring proper voltage levels using voltmeters.
    - Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues during installation processes.
    - Ensure all installations comply with local codes and regulations regarding high voltage systems.
    - Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
