What is a Flexible Ropes Course?

A Flexible Ropes Course is an adventure-based activity setup that features a series of physical challenges or obstacles, often elevated off the ground, and constructed with ropes, cables, and wood. These courses are used for team-building, personal development, recreation, and sometimes therapeutic purposes. Participants are typically secured with safety harnesses and guided by trained facilitators to ensure a safe and rewarding experience.
