At Unicoi State Park & Lodge, hospitality is more than service its creating memorable experiences in the heart of the North Georgia mountains. Were looking for energetic, personable, and dependable team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy connecting with guests from all over.

As a Server, you'll play an important role in creating the welcoming atmosphere our guests remember long after their stay.

What Youll Do

Working under the direction of our Food & Beverage leadership team, youll bring professionalism, personality, and attention to detail to every shift.

As a Server

  • Prepare your station before service to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Complete opening and closing side work thoroughly and efficiently
  • Stay informed on daily specials and menu updates
  • Learn the menu inside and out, including ingredients and preparation methods
  • Guide guests through the menu and answer questions confidently
  • Accurately operate the POS system and process transactions
  • Deliver polished, attentive service throughout the dining experience
  • Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
  • Work closely with the kitchen to ensure timely, high-quality service
  • Anticipate guest needs through refills, pre-bussing, and attentive follow-up
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room
  • Assist teammates as needed to create a positive guest experience

Housing is provided for one individual in our Adventure Camp, located within the park. Accommodations are in small, shared cabins with access to shared bath houses and a communal kitchen/dining area. Please note that this is shared housing and pets are not permitted.
