Job description

Job Purpose

Performs a variety of customer service related duties and assists with the general operation of the Carousel Ride.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Ensure the safety of guests on and around the carousel
  • Operate, maintain, and clean the carousel and surrounding area
  • Interact with customers both in person and over the phone
  • Communicate to guests and staff professionally, both in writing and verbally
  • Answer phone and provide accurate answers to customer questions
  • Receive payments and fees
  • Any other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience preferred

Working Conditions

Work responsibilities will be performed on or around a carousel, within a recreational or retail facility. May be indoors or outdoors.

Physical Requirements

This position can involve sitting, standing, walking, running, stooping, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling.
