Job description

Job Description
Provide genuine, efficient and friendly service for guests visiting the pool and Chill Bar.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Greet guests and courteously answer questions about the hotel and local area.
  • Check guest lanyards for security measures to be sure only hotel guests are present.
  • Keep pool towels stocked and deliver used towels to laundry.
  • Keep pool bathrooms stocked and clean throughout the day.
  • Keep tables and chairs clean and straightened.
  • Keep trash cans emptied.
  • Make sure cabanas are tidy and straightened.
  • Keep pool deck clean from spills and trash.
  • Report any maintenance needs for pool area.
  • Assist Chill bar when needed to deliver drinks and food to guests. (ABC license required)

Requirements
  • Must be willing to work holidays and weekends.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality and professional appearance required.
  • Hospitality experience and/or customer service experience preferred.

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills a must.
