Summary
We are seeking to add caring, compassionate LPN's to join our growing team at Homecare RN Inc. In this role, you will provide essential nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and medical attention tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities
  • Provide direct, compassionate, in-home care for clients managing acute or chronic health needs
  • Support our RN's with care plans and ensure consistent follow-through on treatment protocols
  • Monitor and report changes in patient condition
  • Educate patients and families to promote safety, independence, and health outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory and professional standards of practice
What We're Looking For
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Colorado.
  • At least 1 year of home health care clinical experience
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • Strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
