Job description

About the role:
As a Production Control Manager, you will develop and manage production plans that improve equipment, labor, and inventory use while ensuring on-time delivery to customers.
You will report to the Site Director and be located at Ogden, UT. You will support this role 100% onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Create production plans that align with customer demand, material requirements, and manufacturing capacity.
  • Provide reports to finance and business leaders to support operational and strategic decisions.
  • Integrate manufacturing constraints and schedule outages into production schedules to maximize resource efficiency.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and disruptions to production.
  • Coordinate with teams to align operational schedules and financial reporting.
  • Ensure production orders are released in the appropriate sequences to support efficient shop-floor execution.
  • Prepare routine production reports, including order status, delivery performance, and schedule adherence.
  • Analyze production delays and recommend corrective actions.
  • Support implementation and continued management of MES and Planning tools such as SIMIO

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3 years' related experience, in business, engineering, logistics planning, or production planning.
  • APICS experience
  • Knowledge of integrated planning and scheduling principles. Familiarity with manufacturing processes, computer applications, and scheduling systems used to manage production flow.

We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $112,400 to $140,500 per year.
