Job description

1 Resource Group is currently seeking a skilled Motor Winder to join a reputable manufacturing company. The Motor Winder will be responsible for rewinding, repairing, and assembling electromagnetic components in industrial motors and generators. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform coil winding, rewinding, and assembling of stator and rotor components.
  • Inspect, test, and repair motor windings using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Follow technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications for repairs and builds.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  • Ensure all work complies with company quality and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to optimize processes.

Up to $25.00- $35.00 hr DOE
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
