Job Summary
The Convention Sales & Services Manager is a hybrid role responsible for both generating group business for the destination and ensuring successful execution of those events once booked. This position dedicates approximately 50% of time to sales activities focused on smaller group opportunities, and 50% to convention services, acting as a liaison between meeting planners and Visit Spokane partners. The role supports the full lifecycle of a groupfrom initial lead through post-event follow-upwhile maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
