About the Role:

The Flex Operator- Ecobond position in Durable Goods Manufacturing is pivotal in ensuring the seamless production and quality assurance of our products. This role requires a proactive individual who can adapt to various tasks within the manufacturing process, contributing to efficiency and productivity. The major end result of this position is to maintain high standards of quality while meeting production deadlines. The Flex employee will collaborate with different teams to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements in the workflow. Ultimately, this role supports the overall mission of delivering durable goods that meet customer expectations and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical certification in manufacturing or related field.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and operation of manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal production flow.
  • Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
