We are seeking a visionary Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer (CIO / CTO) to lead enterprise technology strategy, innovation, and operations. This executive role blends external-facing technology leadership (CTO) with internal IT and systems oversight (CIO) and will play a critical role in advancing the organization's mission, efficiency, and security.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with business goals, objectives, and budget
  • Lead and inspire high-performing technology teams , ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope and budget
  • Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Ensure strong cybersecurity, compliance, data governance, and risk management practices
  • Manage vendor relationships and strategic technology partnerships
  • Drive talent acquisition, retention, and development , including converting consultant roles into permanent staff
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for executive leadership and stakeholders
