Location Details:This is an in-office, full-time position located at 3201 Glen Royal Road, Raleigh, NC 27617. *Please note this position is not hybrid and will report to a fleetlocationeveryday.*

Position Schedule / Shift:7-day, multiple shiftoperationwhich may require "on call" duty at times.

Position Summary:

The Fleet Supervisor leads daily roadsideassistanceand towing operations, partnering with the Operations Manager to ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused service delivery. This roleis responsible forrecruiting, coaching, and developing technicians whilemaintainingworkforce readiness, fleet quality, and regulatory compliance. The supervisor oversees scheduling, safety initiatives, performance management, and customer issue resolution to support operational and financial goals. Success in this position requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader passionate about driving team performance, safety, and exceptional customer service.

  • Tows vehicles,when needed

  • Providetraining, support andassistanceto Service Vehicle Operators andAutomotive Service Coordinators

  • Resolve escalated serviceproblems

  • Maintain productivity standards for the team

  • Coordinatevehicle maintenance, ordersupplies,inventoryand distributenecessary tools,partsand supplies

  • Maintain facility in a safe,cleanand orderly fashion

  • Perform administrative duties such as complaint resolution, deposit compilation and reconciliation and researching,compilingand communicating various reports and information

Qualifications:

Required

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (GED).

  • Valid state driver's license with an excellent driving record and ability to drive day/night and for extended periods.

  • Ability to pass andmaintainDOT physical certification.

  • Leadership experience with a proven ability to achieve results through others.

  • Roadsideassistance, towing, vehicle recovery, and/or minor automotive maintenance experience.

  • Experience working with stranded motorists, vendors, contractors, and customer service/damage resolution.

  • Strong safety awareness, decision-making, problem-solving, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, including training and presentations.

  • Ability to prepare cost, expense, and budget reports.

  • Proficiencywith Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), technical/diagnostic tools, and emergency roadside service equipment.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and respond quickly to changing conditions.

  • Knowledge of towing procedures, budget preparation, and roadsideassistanceoperations.

  • College level coursework in Business Administration or a related field

  • PreviousService Technician experience

  • Solid mechanical background and understanding of automotive repair

  • Familiarity with area streets and landmarks

Work Environment:

Works in atemperature-controlledoffice environment,warehouseor field; exposure to road hazards and temperature extremes when driving. Occasional (up to 30% of work time) lifting,pullingand pushing.

  • Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and willaccrueat a minimum of 3 hours per month.

  • Paid Holidays:

  • Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floatingholidaysand 1 volunteer day. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.

  • Part-time employees are eligible for 8 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day and 2 floating holidays. Holidays vary by business unit schedules.

  • Paid leave programs, including parental, bereavement, jury duty, and military leave.
