Our Fleet Operations Specialist supports the management and optimization of vehicle assets across the Rollins family of brands. This role is responsible for analyzing fleet and operational data, monitoring key performance indicators, supporting supplier performance programs, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The Fleet Operations Specialist works closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to improve operational efficiency, support business growth, and maximize the value of fleet assets throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities

You will…

 

Fleet Analytics & Reporting

  • Analyze fleet, operational, and financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain reports, metrics, dashboards, and business intelligence tools to support decision-making
  • Monitor fleet utilization, asset performance, and supplier performance against established KPIs
  • Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports, analyses, and presentations for leadership and business partners

Fleet Operations & Asset Management

  • Coordinate vehicle asset allocation activities and provide recommendations based on business needs
  • Support fleet replacement, retirement, and lifecycle management programs through communication and coordination with field operations
  • Assist with the administration and continuous improvement of fleet programs, policies, and processes

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues and improve service delivery
  • Support supplier performance management initiatives, including tracking service levels and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to gather feedback, drive alignment, and support business objectives

Business Growth & Integration Support

  • Support the onboarding and integration of acquired companies into fleet programs, processes, and procedures
  • Assist with special projects and operational initiatives that support business growth and expansion

Continuous Improvement

  • Lead or participate in process improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting, workflows, and operational effectiveness through process optimization and technology solutions
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
  • 2 or more years of experience in fleet operations, business analytics, operations support, supply chain, logistics, procurement, or a related field
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, data analysis, and reporting
  • Passion for learning and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives
  • Experience analyzing data and translating findings into actionable business recommendations
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Experience utilizing AI-enabled productivity tools, such as Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple teams
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

What Will Put You Ahead (Preferred Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):

  • Experience in fleet management, transportation, automotive services, or vehicle lifecycle management
  • Experience creating dashboards and data visualizations using Power BI
  • Experience supporting supplier or vendor management programs
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or large-scale business integrations
