Automotive Service Technician (Full-Time)

We are seeking skilled Automotive Service Technicians to join our Fixed Operations team. This role is ideal for technicians who are passionate about diagnostics, vehicle repair, and delivering top-quality service. Youโ€™ll work in a professional shop environment using modern tools and technology to service gasoline and diesel vehicles.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical vehicle systems
  • Perform routine maintenance: oil changes, tire rotations, inspections
  • Use scan tools and diagnostic software to identify root causes
  • Repair gasoline and diesel engines per manufacturer standards
  • Complete digital repair orders, video MPIs, and inspections
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and team members
  • Follow all safety procedures, warranty guidelines, and shop protocols

Qualifications & Skills

  • Trade school education or equivalent automotive experience
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle systems (engine, transmission, brakes, HVAC, electrical)
  • Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
  • ASE certifications or OEM trainingย 
  • Hands-on mechanical aptitude with proper tool usage
  • Experience with digital shop management systems preferred
  • Ability to meet flat-rate productivity goals
