WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR - Stellantis

We're looking for a Warranty Administrator with hands-on Stellantis warranty experience to join our Fixed Operations team and manage claims, Stellantis relationships, and documentation with precision and professionalism.

What You'll Do Day-to-Day
Your role is to keep warranty operations running smoothly, Claims Submitted Promptly and properly Maximizing all opportunities. 
Receive, review, and process warranty claims from technicians and service advisors with meticulous attention to detail
Verify claim documentation, OEM coverage requirements, and deductible information before submission
Communicate with vendors, manufacturers, and internal departments to resolve claim discrepancies or denials
Track claim status, manage follow-ups, and maintain organized records for all warranty submissions
Reconcile warranty payments and audit claim accuracy to ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines
Respond to customer and advisor inquiries about warranty coverage, timelines, and claim outcomes
Prepare monthly warranty reporting and documentation for management review
What We're Looking For
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of warranty administration in a Stellantis dealership environment (non-negotiable)
- Deep familiarity with CDJR warranty coverage, deductibles, and claim submission procedures
- Proficiency with DMS (Automate preferred but willing to train the right individuals)
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Meticulous attention to detail with ability to catch errors before they become problems
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with service, parts, and sales teams
- Professional demeanor when handling sensitive customer and Ford Motor Company communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Stellantis Factory Service Training or Stellantis certification programs
- Familiarity with CDJR parts ordering and warranty parts allocation
- Knowledge of Stellantis recall procedures and extended service plan administration
- Prior experience training service advisors on warranty coverage basics
