  • Audit operations and identify profit leaks
  • Train advisors in real-world selling strategies
  • Coach managers in leadership, accountability, KPI mastery, and execution
  • Help teams transform not just numbers-but culture

You'll be on-site with dealerships across the US and Canada, delivering hands-on coaching and tactical implementation. It's not consulting from a PowerPoint-it's in-the-trenches transformation. Note: There is a component of coaching that is a virtual coaching plus you'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with dealerships in person.
This Role Is Not for Everyone.
Before you apply, understand this:
You will travel- up to 3 weeks per month
You must thrive in unfamiliar environments
You must be a self-starter who can command a room, earn trust, and drive change fast
You cannot rely on theory-you must bring real-world, documented service management success
No prior coaching experience needed-just a strong track record and a willingness to coach
You Might Be a Fit If You Have:
  • 5+ years of being a high-performing Service Manager or Fixed Ops Director in heavy/commercial truck operations.
  • A proven track record driving customer satisfaction (NPS/CSI), profitability, and developing high-functioning teams.
  • A self-starter who thrives in varied dealership environments-adept at earning trust and commanding attention.
  • Passionate about teaching and mentoring: you've mastered the real-world systems under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading training sessions and working with all personalities.
  • Available and eager for frequent travel (up to 3 weeks per month U.S. & Canada).
  • Bonus if you have public speaking or training experience, multi-rooftop leadership, and a hands-on mindset for fixing broken processes.

Why Join Our Team & Thrive With Us?
We're not just building better parts & service departments-we're building a movement.
Our coaches enjoy:
  • Partnering with a respected leader in automotive coaching and fixed ops growth
  • Receive training in our proprietary service systems and tools
  • Collaborate with a team of high performers who value autonomy, integrity, and results
  • Make a tangible difference in the lives of customers and fixed operation professionals, and drive profitability of dealerships

Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Public speaking or training experience
  • Experience managing multiple locations or large-volume stores
  • A "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude with a passion for fixing broken processes
