Position Overview

As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary connection between customers and the service department. You’ll help guide customers through the repair process, communicate recommendations clearly, and ensure repairs are completed accurately and efficiently.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, professional under pressure, and motivated to help grow the service business.


Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair requests
  • Build and manage repair orders
  • Provide clear estimates, timelines, and repair recommendations
  • Communicate with technicians throughout the repair process
  • Keep customers updated regularly on repair status
  • Review completed work for accuracy and quality
  • Assist with warranty documentation and approvals
  • Follow up with customers after service visits
  • Help maintain a positive, team-oriented service environment

Qualifications
  • Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Basic understanding of automotive repair and maintenance
  • Comfortable using computers and dealership software systems
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Ford, CDJR, Xtime or Dealertrack experience is a plus but not required.
