Job description

Salary: Uncapped earning potential with ranges from $49,000 to $173,000
Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs, provide detailed information about vehicles, offer test drives, and explain the purchasing process
  • Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle, present financing options, handle trade-in evaluations, and negotiate terms to close sales efficiently
  • Stay updated on the latest vehicle models, features, and industry trends through training sessions and industry events
  • Prepare and process necessary paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintain ongoing relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business, handling queries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service team to deliver a seamless customer experience, contributing to team goals and participating in sales meetings
  • Conduct test drives to demonstrate key vehicle features for customers
  • Maintain a positive and professional image of yourself and the company at all times

Qualifications:
  • Car sales experience and proven track record preferred
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiencyin using CRM software and other sales tools, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Required- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
