Responsibilities

โ€ข Interact with landlords and property managers to facilitate tenant placement.
โ€ข Connect with new leads provided daily from property managers.
โ€ข Show properties to potential tenants while making real connections to actual clients.
โ€ข Work with existing Buyer's Agents to convert a portion of renters into present-day buyers by simply educating them on available first-time home buyer possibilities.
โ€ข Learn how to prepare legal contracts and negotiate real estate terms.
โ€ข Gain guided experience while living with purpose and earning real income.
