Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP/CNP) โ€“ Internal Medicine
Full-Time | Outpatient | No Call | No Weekends

Join aย high-performing, physician-led internal medicine practiceย known for clinical excellence, patient trust, and a collaborative, team-first culture. This role is ideal for aย Nurse Practitioner with 1โ€“2 years of primary care or internal medicine experienceย looking to build confidence, expand autonomy, and grow within a supportive, high-quality environment.

Youโ€™ll care for aย diverse patient population (ages 15+), including many healthcare professionalsโ€”underscoring the strong reputation and trust this practice has established in the community.

Why This Role Stands Out

โœ”ย Designed for early-career NPs:ย Grow your skills while gaining meaningful clinical autonomy
โœ”ย Balanced patient load:ย 10โ€“18 patients per day allows for thoughtful, high-quality care
โœ”ย No call, no weekends:ย Predictable schedule that supports workโ€“life balance
โœ”ย Collaborative environment:ย Strong physician partnership with mentorship available
โœ”ย Established, reputable practice:ย Loyal patient base and excellent community standing
โœ”ย Competitive compensation + bonus potential
โœ”ย Comprehensive benefits + 401(k) match after one year

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Perform comprehensive histories, physicals, and clinical evaluations
  • Diagnose and manageย acute and chronic conditionsย in an outpatient setting
  • Deliver preventative care, chronic disease management, and same-day sick visits
  • Order and interpret labs, imaging, and EKGs
  • Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans independently with physician support as needed
  • Prescribe medications and provide patient education on care plans
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate across the care team
  • Maintain accurate, timely EMR documentation

What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Graduate of an accreditedย Nurse Practitioner program (MSN or DNP)
  • Board certification (AANP or ANCC)
  • Active (or eligible) state NP license
  • DEA license (or ability to obtain)
  • 1โ€“2 years of primary care or internal medicine experience strongly preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a patient-centered approach
  • A proactive, team-oriented professional eager to grow and contribute

Schedule & Lifestyle
  • 100% outpatient
  • No call responsibilities
  • No routine weekends
  • Light, compensated administrative follow-up (labs/messages)

If youโ€™re an early-career NP looking to deepen your expertise, gain autonomy, and thrive in a supportive, high-quality practiceโ€”this is an exceptional opportunity to grow your impact.
