Job description

Hiring Immediately! HDPE Installer for Commercial Geothermal Projects

Established drilling contractor is seeking Geothermal Installers to join our team working on commercial geothermal installation projects. If you have geothermal, plumbing or underground utility experience, this is a strong opportunity to build a long-term trade career.

Hands-on field work involving pipe fusion, trench support, material handling, and installation of underground geothermal piping systems.

Pay & Benefits

$25.00 – $40.00 per hour (DOE)

What You’ll Do
  • Assist with installation of geothermal lateral piping systems

  • Support HDPE pipe fusion (butt fusion and socket fusion)

  • Handle, stage, and move pipe, tools, and materials

  • Assist with trenching, pipe placement, and backfill

  • Work alongside experienced crews in active commercial job sites

  • Keep job sites clean, safe, and production-focused

  • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions

What We’re Looking For
  • Pipe fusion experience required (or strong transferable plumbing/utility experience)

  • IGSHPA certification a plus

  • Plumbing helpers, utility workers, and construction laborers strongly encouraged to apply

  • Ability to handle physical work (lifting up to 100 lbs) and long days outdoors

  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance required

  • Valid driver’s license required

    • No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years
