Are you a plumber who’s confident in your skills and wants to be paid based on what you produce? Tri-State Water, Power amp; Air is hiring a Residential Service Plumber with a strong focus on water heater installs, replacements, and upgrades.

What You’ll Do:

  • Diagnose residential plumbing issues with a focus on water heater failures, inefficiencies, and replacement opportunities
  • Perform water heater installs and replacements (tank amp; tankless)
  • Recommend system upgrades (tankless conversions, capacity increases, efficiency improvements)
  • Educate homeowners and confidently guide them to the right solution
  • Provide upfront pricing and close jobs on-site
  • Deliver clean, professional installations and a strong customer experience
  • Manage your calls efficiently to maximize daily production

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven residential plumbing experience, with strong water heater install background
  • Experience with tankless systems and conversions preferred
  • Comfortable working in a performance-based / commission-driven environment
  • Ability to diagnose, quote, and close replacement work in the home
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills
