A Construction Plumber installs, repairs, and maintains piping systems in new buildings and renovation projects. They work with blueprints, cut and fit pipes, install fixtures, and ensure compliance with plumbing codes. Their job involves working with a variety of materials, such as PVC, copper, and steel, to create efficient water, gas, and drainage systems. Construction Plumbers often collaborate with other tradespeople, such as electricians and HVAC technicians, to complete projects on schedule.
To thrive as a Construction Plumber, you need strong mechanical aptitude, knowledge of plumbing systems, and experience reading blueprints, typically supported by an apprenticeship or vocational training. Familiarity with tools such as pipe cutters, threaders, and welding equipment, as well as certification or licensing based on local regulations, is often required. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and clear communication are valued soft skills in this role. We are a busy Construction Plumbing Company who specializes in Commercial, Industrial and Municipal New Builds and Tenant Improvements. We are located in the East Valley but work valley wide. We are looking for an experienced Plumber who can run and complete plumbing jobs (New Build, T.I., Remodels). You must have your own hand tools, valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, be able to pass a drug-test, background check and read and write English. Promptness and accountability is a must.
All applicants must have at a minimum of 7 years experience in the commercial construction field and 2 years in this type of position.
We are looking to fill this position as soon as possible.
