Temporary Construction Plumber Jobs (NOW HIRING)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Construction Plumber to join our team on commercial, residential, and mixed-use construction projects throughout New York City. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience installing, repairing, and testing plumbing systems, with a strong background working with cast iron and no-hub piping systems.

• Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems according to NYC building codes and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, thread, and fit pipe using hand and power tools.
• Install cast iron soil pipe and no-hub drainage systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plumbing schematics.
• Rough-in water, waste, and vent piping for new construction projects.
• Perform system testing, inspections, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate with project managers, foremen, and other trades on job sites.
• Ensure work is completed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and clean work areas.

• 5+ years of commercial or residential construction plumbing experience.
• Experience installing cast iron and no-hub piping systems required.
• Ability to read blueprints and plumbing drawings.
• Knowledge of NYC plumbing codes and construction practices.
• Experience with DWV (Drain, Waste, and Vent) systems.
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and scaffolding.

This is a Permanent position based out of New York, NY.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
