Salary: $32.00 - $36.00 +based on experience

1st Choice Home Care is a private care agency dedicated to providing exceptional in-home care services for seniors and disabled individuals throughout the state of Arkansas. The Nurse position at our West Memphis, ARbuilding will be responsible for assessing clients, doing in home visits and documenting clients needs for Personal Care. This position plays a key role in supporting the office and the company by ensuring efficient communication and compliance tracking.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Report to job on time
  • Call and schedule home visits with clients
  • Input data into company EVV system
  • Report to the Office Supervisor
  • Track and maintain records of all clients in your region
  • Keep your office clean and organized
  • Adhere to safety standards as outlined in policy and procedures
  • Demonstrate knowledge of personal care program policies
  • Adhere to 1st Choice Home Care, Inc. company policies, including infection control, false claims act, and electronic visit verification policies
  • Follow HIPAA laws and keep all client and caregiver information confidential


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with coworkers
  • Experience in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
