Job description

Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail fireworks. We’re looking for friendly, reliable team members who enjoy helping customers. No experience needed, we provide full training.

What you’ll do:  

  • Register customers prior to entering the store
  • Take state IDs and capture customer information
  • Explain current sales promotions and store policies
  • Learn and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
  • Scan and process customer transactions accurately
  • Take customer payments and issue receipts
  • Place purchased items in bags, boxes, or carts
  • Retrieve carts as needed
  • Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and maintain store appearance
  • Place products in proper storage areas
  • Assist with inventory scanning and counting
  • Help organize and identify items in the warehouse or storage containers
  • Unload delivery trucks and restock sales floor as needed
  • Identify low-stock areas and replenish shelves
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
