Job description

Welcome & Context

  • Represent Red Apple Fireworks with professionalism and adherence to company culture.
  • Support warehouse operations by focusing on order fulfillment and operational excellence.
  • Learn the warehouse’s role in ensuring timely and accurate product delivery to stores.

Back of House / Warehouse Operations

  • Walkthrough and understand warehouse layout, including product flow from receiving to staging to the sales floor.
  • Receive, inspect, and stage deliveries from trucks or suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support order batching, digital pick lists, and accuracy checks.
  • Use SKUSavvy at a high level to track and organize product movement.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all safety and compliance protocols for fireworks handling, including emergency exits and equipment usage.

Team & Roles

  • Work closely with other warehouse employees and report to the Warehouse Manager or Lead.
  • Understand team structure, roles, and responsibilities to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Adhere to scheduled shifts and support peak periods or special projects.

Customer Service & Experience

  • Support overall Red Apple customer experience by ensuring timely, accurate, and safe delivery of products to the sales floor.
  • Communicate effectively with sales and retail teams to address inventory or order needs.

Qualifications
