Reset Specialist (Coast to Coast Distribution-Austin Location; Georgetown Distribution Center)

Position Overview

As a Reset Specialist, you will be critical in optimizing product placement within member stores. Working closely with the Procurement and Marketing teams, you will implement planograms to ensure product visibility and maximize sales. This role requires proactive problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement grocery resets in member stores, ensuring clear communication with customers and store management.
  • Maintain updated product tags and address out-of-stock issues across all stores.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
  • Propose solutions based on market insights to improve company margins and customer satisfaction.
  • Support and promote company-sponsored promotions, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in product merchandising.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills.
  • Self-driven with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must possess a clean driving record, as driving and occasional travel are required.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods and perform occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be comfortable with driving and occasional travel as part of the job duties.
