Inbound Stockers often encounter challenges such as managing heavy or awkward shipments, maintaining accuracy under time pressure, and adapting to fluctuating delivery schedules. Effective management of these challenges involves using proper lifting techniques, staying organized with inventory tracking systems, and maintaining clear communication with team members and supervisors. Many warehouses also provide regular training and ergonomic equipment to support safe and efficient work, helping stockers perform their duties comfortably and accurately.

Lift, Load, and Level Up Your Dock Stocker Operator Job.

Looking for a Dock Stocker Operator job where you're more than just a number on a clipboard? Here's the deal: We're hiring operators who keep the whole place moving. No forklift? No flow. And we know it.

Requirements:
This is what it takes to work for us.

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to safely operate sit-down, stand-up, or dock forklifts.
  • Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Ability to load, unload, and move palletized materials efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail when scanning, tracking, and staging inventory.
  • Ability to lift to 50 pounds and perform frequent bending, reaching, and standing.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and forklift safety practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Job Duties:

  • Operate a forklift to transport materials throughout the warehouse and dock areas.
  • Stage products in designated storage and shipping locations.
  • Load and unload pallets from inbound and outbound trucks.
  • Wrap, secure, and prepare pallets for shipment.
  • Scan products and pallet labels using RF scanning equipment.
  • Stack and palletize materials according to shipping and storage requirements.
  • Fulfill customer orders by retrieving and moving inventory accurately.
  • Verify product counts and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Assist with general warehouse and dock operations as needed.

Benefits:
Because you deserve more than clocking in and zoning out. Here's what's in it for you:

  • Respect the Skill - Your forklift game is the heartbeat of the warehouse. You'll run the floor, not just ride through it.
  • Solid Weekly Pay - Direct deposit or payment card, your choice. No delays, no BS.
  • Real Benefits - Medical, dental, and vision to keep you (and your family) covered.
  • Future-Proof - Optional 401(k) so you can plan ahead while you lift today.
  • Crew Vibes Only - Work with a team that respects the grind and backs each other up.
  • Safety First, Always - We don't play when it comes to your health.
