About Us: We are a vibrant, community-focused performing arts studio dedicated to fostering creativity, confidence, and joy through dance. We believe every student, from the youngest beginner to the seasoned teen, deserves an instructor who is not just technically skilled, but also passionate, energetic, and deeply committed to their growth. We are seeking a dynamic and inspiring Hip-Hop Dance Instructor to join our team and help shape the next generation of dancers.

The Role:
You will be the heartbeat of our hip-hop classes, crafting engaging, age-appropriate lessons that blend technical precision with artistic expression. You'll guide students through rhythm, musicality, choreography, and the unique culture of hip-hop, all while creating a safe, inclusive, and fun environment where everyone feels welcome and empowered to move.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver captivating lesson plans for diverse age groups (ages 6-18, adults) and skill levels (beginner to Intermediate).
  • Teach weekly dance classes, ensuring students develop technique, confidence, and a genuine love for movement.
  • Foster a positive, respectful, and encouraging classroom atmosphere where students feel safe to explore and express themselves.
  • Collaborate with studio directors and fellow instructors to align curriculum and ensure a cohesive student experience.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
  • Be punctual, reliable, and prepared for every class session.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Proven experience in dance instruction, with a strong background in hip-hop dance technique and choreography.
  • A passion for teaching and mentoring young people and adults, with excellent communication and classroom management.
