Key Job Responsibilities

• Performance: Executing choreographed routines (such as in the Alta Escuela act) in a, often, 4-minute, high-energy performance.
• Versatility: Performing in a "sandbox" or dirt-filled arena, requiring specialized training for non-flat surfaces.
• Audience Engagement: Interacting with guests to create a lively atmosphere, encouraging cheering for specific "countries," and participating in musical numbers.
• Collaboration: Working alongside horses, stunt riders, and other performers to ensure safe and synchronized routines.
• Rehearsal: Attending, practicing, and maintaining consistency in daily, sometimes multiple, performances.
• Physical Fitness: Maintaining high-level fitness to handle the physical demands of the show.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Dance Skill: Proficient in various styles, including ballet, jazz, or folk, adapted for a themed show.
• Stamina: Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with pyrotechnics and fire effects.
• Professionalism: Punctuality for rehearsals, costume fittings, and shows.

Work Environment
