Description

 The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces meet the resort's cleanliness and quality standards. This role supervises housekeeping staff, manages schedules, conducts room inspections, coordinates with other departments, maintains inventory and supplies, ensures compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and provides training and coaching to promote exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. The Housekeeping Manager is also responsible for addressing guest concerns, monitoring productivity, and maintaining a positive, team-oriented work environment
