Job Summary:

The Housekeeping Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all housekeeping operations in support of audit-related events, travel accommodations, and field office setups. This leadership role ensures that all environments meet high standards of cleanliness, safety, and readiness, while managing staffing, logistics, inventory, and service quality across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and oversee all housekeeping functions for audit events, field setups, and travel lodging to ensure consistent service delivery
  • Supervise and support housekeeping leads and attendants, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance feedback
  • Develop and implement housekeeping protocols, cleaning checklists, and quality control procedures tailored to audit site requirements
  • Conduct inspections of facilities and audit spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness, safety, and presentation standards
  • Collaborate with us and audit teams to understand event logistics and ensure spaces are audit-ready
  • Manage housekeeping supply inventory, including ordering, tracking, and ensuring availability of necessary materials and equipment
  • Address service issues or emergencies promptly, and coordinate corrective actions to minimize disruption to audit operations
  • Maintain records of housekeeping activities, staff hours, and incident reports, providing updates to leadership as needed
