Forklift Operator

We are seeking an Associate with Forklift and Inventory experience to join our growing e-commerce 3PL team. In this role you’ll assist with inventory management and may operate a forklift to support warehouse operations. This position plays a key role in ensuring timely fulfillment and exceptional service for our clients.



Responsibilities:

  • Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Load, unload, move, and store materials and products.
  • Perform inventory management tasks, including cycle counts, stock checks, and tracking
  • Ensure accurate documentation of inventory in warehouse systems
  • Organize and maintain inventory storage areas
  • Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Inventory management and forklift experience REQUIRED
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Basic computer and RF scanning system proficiency
  • Ability to lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or peak season schedules as required

Important Details:

  • Sunday – Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
  • 7:00am – 5:30pm
  • Onsite in our Allentown, PA facility
  • $18.00 - $22.00 an hour
