What You'll Do
  • Interpret and work from engineering drawings, inspection manuals, and specifications
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments, inspection tools, and specialized equipment
  • Follow Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures
  • Maintain working knowledge of company processes, policies, and production workflows
  • Perform inspections to accept or reject parts, processes, and assemblies
  • Verify tools and equipment are properly calibrated and qualified
  • Prepare and maintain quality records and documentation
  • Write and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Support multiple inspection areas and job codes as needed
  • Maintain required certifications and training compliance
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of aerospace airframe assembly inspection experience
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Experience with MS Office and SAP systems
  • Proven experience writing NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid understanding of production and inspection processes
  • Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality
Work Requirements
  • Must be able to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift
  • Availability for overtime as needed
  • Ability to obtain and maintain required certifications
