Job description

We\'re looking for a bilingual Project/Implementation Manager with deep knowledge of payment networks to join our fast-growing fintech startup. You’ll lead the development and optimization of our global payment products, with a strong focus on the US and LATAM regions and also drive client/partner implementations and launch.


What You’ll Do:

· Own and evolve our cross-border payments offering across the US, LATAM, and other key markets.

· Collaborate with engineering, product, and compliance teams to build scalable, secure payment flows.

· Integrate and manage rails such as ACH, SEPA, Visa Direct, RTP, and local payment systems.

· Drive product decisions using market insights, regulatory requirements, and partner feedback.

· Act as the subject matter expert on regional payment ecosystems and customer needs.

· Drive Client and Partner Implementations, set up and configurations to completion


What We’re Looking For:

· Based in the US or LATAM, fluent in English and Spanish.

· 3+ years of project management experience in fintech or payments.

· Strong knowledge of Visa, ACH, SEPA, and other regional payment networks.

· Familiarity with payment messaging standards such as ISO 20022 and SWIFT formats.

· Experience with cross-border payments, remittances, or money movement platforms is a plus.

· Hands-on, collaborative, and comfortable working in a startup environment.

· Familiar with Technical Integrations/API’s etc

· Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to work both independently and as part of multifunctional teams

· Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project.
