  • Build a deep understanding of complex business processes and system functionality while becoming a trusted subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate daily with developers, QA engineers, architects, and Product Owners to ensure requirements are understood and successfully implemented.
  • Help maintain and prioritize the product backlog by identifying dependencies, risks, and business value.
  • Lead business process analysis and future-state design initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing, validate delivered functionality, and ensure solutions meet business objectives.
  • Support change management efforts by assisting with communication, training, documentation, and solution adoption.
  • Monitor solution effectiveness after implementation and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and delivering high-quality work.

What technical skills, qualifications, and experience do you need?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience as a Business Analyst on Agile software development teams.
  • Outstanding analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex business problems independently.
  • Ability to quickly learn and become proficient in sophisticated business applications and complex business processes.
  • Strong project management, organization, and documentation skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience facilitating meetings, driving consensus, and working with cross-functional stakeholders.
