Automotive F&I Manager - ChevroletRoanoke, VA

Berglund Used Car Super Center is seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive F&I Manager to join our team in Roanoke, VA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the finance process, ensuring customers receive the best options for their vehicle purchases while maximizing profitability for the dealership. You will work closely with sales staff and customers to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions, maintaining compliance with all dealership and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Present and explain finance products to customers in a clear and professional manner.
  • Analyze customer financial information to determine the best loan or lease options available.
  • Negotiate and finalize F&I contracts with customers ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all financial products, credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with dealership sales and management teams to meet and exceed departmental goals.
  • Process paperwork and documentation efficiently and accurately for all F&I transactions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an F&I Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of finance and lending processes in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience with Chevrolet products and brand knowledge is a plus.
