Job description

Summit Investment Advisory Group LLC, is a Registered Investment Advisor, with offices in Perkasie, Huntingdon Valley and Dublin, PA, offering financial advisory services, insurance products and services offered through Summit Financial Group, an affiliated company.
We are looking for a Client Associate who is a responsible, positive, hands-on, and focused individual to provide dedicated operational and sales support in a professional financial advisory environment. This position will be the most frequent point of contact with clients and will support office initiatives for the business. Experience in the financial services industry is a definite plus for this position.
Position Required Skills
·       Demonstrates strong leadership and office management skills
·       Possesses strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to easily engage others in dialogue, convey sincere interest in building relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to providing personalized service

Candidate Requirements
·       Undergraduate degree (Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or Communications a plus)
·       Professional or relevant internship experience in financial, banking, and/or insurance environment preferred
·       Must be willing to obtain the Series 65 and Insurance Life/Health licenses 
·       Knowledge of investment and banking products, policies & procedures
·       Strong client service & technical skills (MS Word & Excel and CRM)
·       Strong communication, time management and organizational skills
·       Excellent attention to detail is a must for processing financial documents
·       Knowledge of investment and annuity systems highly preferred
·       Entrepreneurial spirit and superior organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, monitor, and complete multiple tasks or projects, either independently or with a team
