Ready to launch your finance or accounting career with realworld experience? We are hiring Financial Shared Services Interns to support key Finance Transformation initiatives at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas. These paid opportunities are open to both summeronly interns and yearround interns, depending on availability and student interest.

As an intern, you'll gain handson exposure to how a global company manages its financial operations-while contributing to projects that improve efficiency, systems, and processes across the business. You'll collaborate with teams across Finance and the broader organization, rotate through Shared Services functions, and build critical skills that translate directly to future fulltime roles.

This role is ideal for motivated students who are curious about finance operations, enjoy problemsolving, and want to see how finance supports business decisions at scale. Successful interns bring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fastpaced, collaborative environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Finance Transformation Projects: Contribute to initiatives focused on automation, system implementations or integrations, and process improvements.
  • CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with internal partners such as IT, Tax, Warehousing, Corporate Accounting, and Operations; may also interact with external customers or vendors.
  • Process Documentation & Controls: Assist with developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), SOX control documentation and execution, project requirements, and other financial documentation as needed.
  • Shared Services Exposure: Gain handson experience across multiple Shared Services teams, building a wellrounded understanding of corporate finance operations.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Currently enrolled as an incoming sophomore, junior, senior, or master'slevel student pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: Prior work experience preferred (experience in any field welcome).
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with Analysis for Excel, Power Automate, or Power BI is a plus. Detailoriented, organized, and eager to learn new systems and processes

POSITION DETAILS

  • Work Schedule Options:
    • Summer Interns: Up to 40 hours per week
    • YearRound Interns: Approximately 20 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during the summer (with flexibility during breaks)
  • Location: Inperson at our World Headquarters in Springdale, Arkansas
    • Housing: Not provided
