Financial Services Trainees can enter the finance industry with little or no prior experience, as many entry-level programs focus on training new hires in core skills such as financial analysis, customer service, and using industry tools. Relevant certifications or coursework can improve prospects, but on-the-job training is common for beginners.

They often learn about financial products, regulations, and use tools like spreadsheets and financial software during their training period.
