Job Summary & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Program Planning & Execution

  • Own end-end program execution from initiation through delivery, including scope definition, scheduling, risk management, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain detailed program plans, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
  • Track progress against commitments and proactively resolve issues impacting cost, schedule, or quality

Cross Functional Leadership

  • Coordinate activities across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Sales, Finance, and Customer Support
  • Facilitate regular program reviews, PLC / gate meetings, and executive updates
  • Drive alignment across stakeholders and ensure timely decision making

Stakeholder Management

  • Act as a key interface for internal and external stakeholders on program status, risks, and deliverables
  • Support customer requirements, reviews, demos, and special/custom requests as part of program execution
  • Translate customer and business requirements into executable plans

Risk, Issue & Change Management

  • Identify program risks and develop mitigation plans
  • Manage scope changes through formal change control processes
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented and tracked to closure

Process & Continuous Improvement

  • Apply program management best practices, tools, and methodologies
  • Drive continuous improvement in execution processes, communication, and reporting
  • Ensure lessons learned are captured and applied to future programs

Qualifications

  • MS / BS in Engineering plus 3-5 years of relevant experience or a combination of equivalent knowledge and 8+ years of related experience
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry preferred. Capital equipment experience is required.
  • Excellent communication, organization and planning skills to complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Must be able to multi-task and work well under pressure
  • Strong sense of urgency, organization, accountability and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and self-starting disposition are necessary to be successful in this position
  • Exceptional oral and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools.

Compensation & Growth

Base Salary Range:

$96,800.00 - $145,200.00, offered in good faith and based on experience, location, and qualifications.
