Program Manager Role Description
We are looking to hire a program manager who will build out the existing AirTable database of stores into a cross functional support tool that documents, tracks and automates processes for multiple stakeholders in the team. The goal is to create fleet data accuracy, supporting the cross-functional team in the day-to-day tasks and one source of the truth: resulting in a better use of team resources and better informed and quicker strategic decision making.
Program Manager Responsibilities
The work will encompass creating an assessment of the current state of the base and get a thorough understanding of what the future state needs to be while supporting team members in creating interfaces that summarize relevant data, create a knowledge hub with all relevant information for geo and territory teams to use. The program manager will then create the future state of the tool for the team and onboard team members as needed.
The program manager can professionalize the existing AirTable base in a more connected way with other data sources, bases and automations. An essential task is to support in creating intuitive and appealing interfaces for leadership & business reporting.
Requirements
Program Manager Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or bachelor's level of analytical thinking
  • Ability to listen carefully, ask understanding questions and switch between understanding the strategic goal and propose operational solutions.
  • AirTable Expert; has proficiency in working with features like automation, interfaces, data integrations etc.
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Self-starter who can quickly add value with simple tasks while learning the context of the bigger task.
  • Quickly understand the needs of different teams using the same base and being able to summarize this to present understanding.
  • Has worked in creating similar tools for highly cross-functional teams.
  • Is a quick learner and confident about making suggestions on how to improve the tool?
  • Preferred experience in Nike Direct Retail (fleet management, concepts, CDM, finance etc.)
