In this role, you will gain direct, high-profile visibility with senior FP&A, Operations, and CX leadership within a massive, high-growth technology segment. You will have the unique opportunity to build and refine complex financial models and predictive analytics from the ground up, all while utilizing cutting-edge generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and drive real-world SaaS customer retention strategy.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Partner collaboratively with Global Support, Renewals, and Customer Success leaders to deliver data-driven insights that optimize operational efficiency.

  • Spearhead monthly and quarterly financial forecasting alongside annual budgeting cycles for our global customer organizations.

  • Build and refine advanced Business Intelligence models to monitor critical operational metrics, including Cost to Serve and Deflection Rates.

  • Evaluate the financial impact of self-service automation and deflection strategies on Customer Lifetime Value and overall platform stickiness.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related numerical field with approximately 3 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.

  • Strong foundational modeling skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with a relentless attention to detail in cleaning data and investigating variances.

  • Hands-on, practical experience leveraging modern generative AI tools to accelerate data analysis and automate routine workflows.

  • Proven ability to translate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders and work productively across various teams.
