Title Asset Management Analyst/Project Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Tualatin, OR
Work Schedule: Hybrid 2 days (Mon and Friday remote) 3 days (Tues, Wed and Thurs in office)

  • Can you give a high-leveloverview of your team size, roles, its initiatives/deliverables, and anytool/technologies specific to your team/department/project they will besupporting: 10 staff -hybrid, the team meets on site one day a week. Welove to celebrate wins (big or small) and get together. We valuedifferences, hold each other accountable and go above and beyond to getthe work done timely. They take pride in their deliverables.
  • What would "a day in thelife" of this role look like? Project management, deal monitoring,understanding of contracts language and how it translate to the deal flow,facilitating and leading project meetings to its completion. Developmentand creation of processes and process flow.
  • What interaction level withthis role have the team members and hiring manager? Minimal oversight, buthigh interaction with the team and other key partners.
  • What would you say is the toppriority for the worker over the first few weeks/months? Understanding thesystems, deal modeling, contracts and supporting with organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Specialization: Typically specializes inproject management or research and analysis but may perform work in bothareas
  • Planningand Strategy: Providesdata and analytics to support overall company strategy development. Makesstrategy recommendations about adapting the strategy in response tochanges in the business environment. Contributes to enterprise-widemetrics, ensuring they align to strategic objectives. Prioritizesresource-strategy projects, reconciling time, scope and budget.
  • Researchand Analysis: Incollaboration with business, regional and industry contacts, gathers dataand analyzes information to support resource strategy development. Usesscenarios, models and simulations to support strategy and integration.Examines data and information, develops hypotheses and makesrecommendations. Develops reports.
  • ProjectManagement: Managesmoderately complex projects in support of PGE's overall resource strategy.Defines scope of work and reconciles to budget. Defines deliverables andacceptance criteria. Develops and implements project plan. Collaborateswith stakeholders and assigns work tasks. Monitors progress and ensuresdeliverables meet acceptance criteria. Adapts plan in response to changingenvironment. Identifies risks and recommends mitigation steps.
  • Requirementand Compliance: Ensuresprocesses and deliverables meet regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  • ProcessManagement: Contributesto process improvements to better capture and reconcile tradeoffs betweendifferent supply, demand, energy and capacity resourcing options.Documents and updates written processes.
