MAIN JOB OBJECTIVE

Fresh is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (Associate Manager level) to join our Operations Finance team and help elevate our product costing, COGS visibility, and operational reporting. You will own key processes across costing, month‑end close, and analytics while helping build a more scalable, data-driven finance function. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in hands‑on environments and wants to grow in a fast‑moving operations finance role.

Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Operations with inventory, scrap visibility, and CAPEX tracking
  • Analyze PPV, overhead absorption, freight, scrap, and SKU-level variances
  • Work with Purchasing on vendor costing and direct purchase scenarios
  • Support new product cost development from concept to launch
  • Partner with Marketing on costing targets and promo financials
  • Assist with budget/forecast cycles (R0/R1/R2) and actual vs. budget performance reviews
  • Prepare close journals and eventually lead components of month-end close
  • Own product BOM costing accuracy (costs, quantities, scrap assumptions)
  • Manage cost activations, price uploads, and standard cost revaluations
  • Maintain and improve COGS, margin, and SKU reporting

Systems & Technical Skills

  • ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred) or SAP/Oracle
  • Analytics: Power BI or Tableau
  • Data Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, modeling), basic SQL a plus
  • Manufacturing Finance: Standard costing, BOM structures, COGS/variance frameworks

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard
